Farewell my dear brother. You lived a full, competent, and compassionate life. Everyone you touched is better because you were there for them. The void you leave will never be filled. As your brother, I remember the go-karts and cars when I was a kid and the solid examples you set for me while you lived your sometimes very wild, but always passionate and successful life. I don't know how to say goodbye in a situation like this... so I wont. I will say thank you, I love you, and you will live in my mind and heart for the rest of my days.

Saddened to hear the news. I worked as Eric's admin assistant for many years at Beechcraft. He was most dedicated to his work there. He was a good mentor and was always giving me tips on computer technology back in the day when computers were just being introduced at Beechcraft as he was quite the whiz with them. I do remember he was a big supporter of the Shriners and tried not to miss any bowling events. Many times he gave me tickets to the Shriner circus for my family to attend, which we appreciated. I do have a funny story. We had a mouse in the Plant 4 office area and us girls were trying to get on our desks or chairs. Eric was standing in the doorway to his office, both hands on the door jam and said something like "its just a little mouse, open up the front door and he will go outside". Well, someone did open the front door and about that time the mouse ran through Eric's feet, he jumped in the air and screamed. We all got a good chuckle from that one and the mouse did escape. Rest in peace Eric and may God bless your family.
