Eric was born into a military family. He enlisted into the Marines a few days after high school. He proudly served for 12 years, during which time he served 6 deployments overseas to Iraq and Afghanistan. Eric is survived by his father, Allen Rader; sister, Rebecca McHenry; brother, Jason Rader, and his children, Stephen and Norah Rader.
Eric was a proud veteran and was heavily involved in local chapters helping other veterans. He loves to participate in the local Ruck 'N' Run events, enjoyed a good beer, and was generally just fun to be around.
Arrangements have been entrusted to Midwest Cremation and Funeral Services, Springfield, MO.

I can´t believe it´s been 3 years since Eric passed away. I find myself thinking about him and the laughs we shared at work. Although we didn´t know each other that long, I enjoyed working with him. I pray his family, especially his children, are doing okay.

I still can´t believe Eric is gone! I often think about the short time I knew him when we worked together at Lowe´s. I continue to think of, and pray for, his family.
