Eric was born in Lawrence on July 10, 1981. He is survived by his parents, Emil Uliano, Jr. and his wife Deb, and Connie Crane and her husband Bob; his brother, Emil Uliano, III, and his wife Dawn; his stepbrother, Josh Dwelley, and his wife Danielle; and his stepsisters, Tara Proulx and her husband Mark, and Jen Madore and her husband Jon. Eric was an uncle to many nieces and nephews. He leaves several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Eric attended school in Bradford and graduated from Hunking Middle School, where he was first introduced to track and field.

He went on to attend Haverhill High School, graduating in 1999. During his time there, Eric distinguished himself as a standout track and field athlete and served as team captain his senior year. In May of 1999, he received the Jim Owens Award, recognizing the best overall athlete in the graduating class.

Eric continued his education and athletic career at the University of Massachusetts Amherst, competing in shot put. During his time there, he earned Atlantic 10 and ECAC Athlete of the Week honors, recorded one of the top performances in UMass track and field history, and was recognized by his teammates as a team captain. He graduated in 2004.

After college, Eric began his professional career with Ferguson, working in Massachusetts and California. He later returned to Haverhill and eventually settled in Boston, a city he loved. Eric worked as a senior recruiter for Vanderweil Engineers in Boston.

Eric was fiercely loyal to his family and friends. He had a big heart and a gentle soul and will be deeply missed by all who loved him.

Visitation will be held on Satuday, January 10, 2026, in the Driscoll Funeral Home, 309 So. Main Street, Haverhill, from 1:00 to 4:00 PM. Words of Remembrance beginning at 3:30. For guestbook,visit www.driscollcares.com
