Esteban Torres Obituary
He was born on Tuesday, March 10, 1936 to Concepcion and Evarista Torres in Banderas Mexico.
Esteban met Magdalena Mota and they wed, going on to have 5 children; Eusebia Marquez, Isai Torres, Oscar Torres, Dalila Rodriguez and Esteban Torres Jr. After her death in 1994, he remarried Lidia Vargas.
After retiring from construction, he spent his time traveling, spending time with his family, friends, reading the bible and attending church.
Esteban was predeceased by his wife Magdalena Torres, Lidia Vargas Torres, three sisters and two brothers.
Esteban is survived by his current wife, Maria Torres, brothers, Josue (Belen) Torres, and Ismael Torres. Along with surviving children, Eusebia (Jaime) Marquez, Isai (Mary) Torres, Oscar (Melva) Torress, Dalila Rodriguez, Esteban Torres Jr.; and fourteen grandchildren. Anthony Marquez, Reva Jasso, Isai Jr., Krystal Torres, Julian Torres, Juvannee Torres, Rocio (Jorge) Enriquez, April Torres, Vanessa (Daniel) Zoelzer, Gabriela Rodriguez, Joseph Rodriguez, Tiffany (Anthony) Seals, Kristen Torres, and Christopher Torres. Great Grandchildren: Lorenzo, Devon, Devani, Ramon, Dominic, Niahm, Oscar, Colton, Camila, Celine, AJ, Emmitt, Kyson, Kayvien, and Kayelli.
Visitation will begin on Wednesday, August 16, 2023 at Lighthouse of Hope. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 am Thursday, August 17, 2023 at Lighthouse of Hope Church, 5533 W Mapp St, Odessa Texas. Burial to follow at Sunset Memorial Gardens.
Arrangements are entrusted to Acres West Funeral Chapel and condolences may be sent to the family online at acreswestfuneral.com.
