Esther Mackey Obituary
Esther was born on December 31, 1929 in Highland, NY. She was the daughter of the late Julius and Emily Hoff. Esther graduated from Highland High School in 1946. On December 29, 1951, she married the love of her life, Francis Mackey, at Christ Lutheran Church.
She retired from Countess Mara Outlet Store in Highland, where she worked as a sales associate for many years.
She was a member of Christ Lutheran Church.
Survivors include her son, Mark, Daughter in Law, Kathy, and grandchildren, Shane and Sara.
Esther was a loving wife, mother, and "Gram", as well as a loving aunt and friend to many.
There will be no calling hours.
Funeral Services will be held on Thursday morning at 10am at the DiDonato Funeral Home, 1290 Route 9W, Marlboro to which family and friends are invited.
Burial will be private.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Christ Lutheran Church, 186 Fullerton Ave.,
Newburgh, NY 12550 or Hudson Valley Hospice, 80 Washington St., Suite 204, Poughkeepsie, NY 12601
