Esther (Jeannie) Maestas, 72, of Bloomfield NM. Passed on November 5, 2025, in Farmington NM.
She was born on October 5, 1953, in Cortez CO. to Solomon F. Maestas & Rose Velasquez. She loved her family, her two children Gary (Tara) Maestas, Rebecca (Tomas) Tucson, and Daughter/Niece Angela (Carlos) Madrid. Grand Children Andrew, Matthew, Ceasar (Tamara), Tomas Jr. (Spencer), Daniel (Mercedes) Tucson, Freya, Killian Maestas, Alexa Velasquez, Manuel (Ayanna), Carlos-Ulises, and Diego Madrid. Great Grandchildren, Viviana, Ceasar, Zoey, Daniel Jr. Tucson, Giovanni, and Analeigha Madrid.
Her significant other, Andy Garcia with whom she was with for 28 years. His brother Robert Valdez, his children, Raymond, Joe, Dolores and 4 Grandchildren. She is survived by her 3 siblings, Rosa, Herman and Tommy Maestas. Special thanks to Kathleen Maestas, Angela Madrid and family, (Sindi & Karolynn) Also loved by numerous cousins, nephews, nieces and friends.
"SHE LOVED EVERYONE VERY MUCH!!" And will be dearly missed...
Services for mom will be at 9:00 AM on Saturday November 29, 2025, at Saint Rita of Cascia Catholic Church, following Mass she will be laid to rest at Cedar Grove Cemetery in Mancos, CO
