Esther Proctor

Esther J. Proctor, age 79, of Erie, PA., passed away on Saturday, September 17, 2022. She was born on March 9, 1943, the daughter of the late Arthur and Marie Wilson Kelley.
Her favorite color was purple. She enjoyed cooking and taking rides around the Peninsula. If there was a local event in Downtown Erie, she could be found near the fountain. The two step was one of her favorite dances. Monday nights was her time to watch wrestling. Her Sunday's would consist of watching Joel Osteen's service on TV. If she felt you needed talking to, she definitely made her voice heard. She loved her Pepsi and cigarettes. Esther worked at New York Lunch. She was a cook at Ringside Restaurant before retiring.
She was preceded in death by her one and only true love Cecil Proctor. She was also preceded in death by her sisters Elsie, Alberta, Sophie, Nora and Fanny, and brothers Pete, and Clarence.
Esther is survived by 3 sons, Henry Proctor (fiancee Dee) of Erie, Richard Proctor of Texas, Rob (Betty Jo) Proctor of Grove City. One daughter Juanita (Bud) Angelo of Lemont Furnace. 6 grandchildren Missouri, Lori Lynn, Brandon, Katie, Robbie and Jolyn. 7 great grandchildren Stacey, Albert, Desiree, Ricky, Jason, Anthony and Amia.
A memorial service will be held at later date.
