Eugene J. Laming

Eugene Joseph Laming, age 73, passed away on January 1, 2025, at home in Whittemore, MI. He was born on March 16, 1951, to Elmer and Clara (McBride) Laming in Port Huron, MI. After graduating from high school, Eugene was employed by Magline Inc. for 42 years, retiring in 2014. He enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, hunting, watching John Wayne movies and playing cards with his friends. He is survived by his children; Dustin (Epifania) Laming of Whittemore, MI and Lindsay (Ray) Taylor of Tawas, MI, grandchildren; Kaylee Laming, Blane Laming, Amelia Laming, Carly Laming, Alex Laming, Lilly Laming, Jeremy Taylor, and Charlie Taylor. He is preceded in death by his parents. A celebration of Life will be held at the Whittemore Chamber Hall on January 25, 2025, from 12:00 – 2:00 pm.
