Eugene Rich, age 65 of Munfordville, Ky passed away Monday, May 19, 2025 at Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, TN. He attended Christian Worship Center in Horse Cave. He was a retired truck driver and owner operator of Eugene Rich Trucking.
He was the son of the late Carlos Murphy Rich and the late Alma Alene York Rich.
He is preceded in death by two grandbabies, Kacy Long and Saylor Higgs; his mother and father-in-law, Bob and Pat Albert.
He is survived by his wife of 25 years, Hope Albert Rich; two daughters, Patricia Long (Phillip) and Brittany Rich (Dylan); three sons, Cody Long, Hunter Rich (Haley), and Steven Avery (Beth); four grandchildren, Liam, Chase, Jaylee, Jocelynn; four sisters, Sue Underwood (Tony), Cave City, Patricia Moore, Glasgow, Donna Gray (Todd), Austin Tracy, Michelle Richardson (Steven), Munfordville; three brothers, Steve Rich (Karen), Munfordville, Tommy Rich, Bowling Green, and Kenny Rich (Angie), Bowling Green; several nieces and nephews also survive.
The family will receive friends from 11:00 AM- 8:00 PM CT on Thursday, May 22, 2025 and again from 9:00 AM- 1:00 PM on Friday, May 23, 2025 at Brooks Funeral Home. Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM CT on Friday, May 23, 2025 at Brooks Funeral Home with Bro. Danny Sallee officiating. Burial will follow in the Rich Family Cemetery.
Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to The American Cancer Society.
