Eugene Paul Shiley, 62, Linesville, formerly of Armagh, passed away June 28, 2025, at home. Born March 19, 1963, in Johnstown the youngest child of the late Clifford and Margaret E. (Skavang) Shiley. Also preceded in death by sister Sherry Kaufman, infant son Jason Dwayne Shiley, brothers-in-law Kenneth Kaufman and Roy Doell, and best friend Kelly Cantrell.
Survived by wife Holly Miller, children Barry Kemp and wife Susie, VA; Monica Shiley, Johnstown; Jeffrey Kemp and wife Ashley, VA; Zachery Miller and wife Corrina, New Florence. Grandchildren Daniel, Cody, Tyler, Kyla, Michael, Quinn, Sawyer and William. Sisters Elaine Doell, Texas; Anita Wertheimer & husband Charlie, Johnstown; brother Clifford Shiley and wife Lu Ann, Seward, best friend Ken Brown, Armagh; along with several nieces and nephews.
Eugene was always busy spending his time working on cars, guns and guitars. He cherished the time spent with his grandchildren most of all. He served in the U.S. Airforce and was a boilermaker.
Friends received 2-4 and 6-8 PM Tuesday at Richard C. Stuart Funeral Home, 392 E. Philadelphia Street, Armagh, where service will be held Wednesday at 10 AM. Pastor Dwayne Kaufman officiating. Interment Armagh Cemetery. Military honors by the U.S. Airforce and Blairsville Military Honor Guard. In lieu of flowers donation to the funeral home to assist family with final expenses.
