Memorial visitation for Eula will be held on Tuesday, July 23, 2024, from 5:00-8:00 pm at Gallagher Funeral Home. Services will be Wednesday, July 24, 2024, at 10:00 am at Live Oak Community Church in Alexandria with Pastor Jordan James officiating. Burial will follow the service and be at Pollock Cemetery.
Eula is preceded in death by her mother, Faye Tarver.
Those left to cherish her memory are her loving children, Eddie Butterfield (Kristin) and Madeline Tomlin (Mathew); grandchildren, Case Butterfield, Calen Butterfield, Jackson Tomlin, and Annabeth Tomlin; father, Tom Tarver; sisters. Kathy Bonner and Jerri Bonner (Mark); and a host of nieces, nephews, great nephews, extended family, friends and her Mardi Gras family.
Eula loved her children and grandchildren; they were her heart. She also had a passion for Mardi Gras and was a member of the Alexandria Mardi Gras Association and Krewe of Camelot. She was the life of the party at these events. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister, daughter and friend and will be missed by all that knew and loved her.
