She was a 1960 graduate of Jackson High School.
Eunice is survived her husband of 63 years, Richard L. Coffman; three children, Ronald Coffman, Carla Coffman Aboud, Richard (Sheila) Coffman Jr.; seven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren; two sisters, Ruth Shory and Orpha Arbogast.
A private service will be held by the family.
Her final place of rest will be at Sunset Hills Memory Gardens in North Canton.
In lieu of flowers, donations maybe made to the Alzheimer's Association 225 N. Michigan Ave. Floor 17, Chicago, IL 60601.
