Eva Le Clair

Eva Le Clair, 92, a lifelong resident of Northfield, Vermont, passed away peacefully after a life devoted to family, community, and caring for others. Born in Bristol, Connecticut, and raised in Templeton, Massachusetts, she moved to Northfield, Vermont with her family in 1951 and remained there for the rest of her life.
Eva worked alongside her family in Ray Le Clair's Market and later at Rock of Ages, Sears Insurance, and finally at Mayo Insurance. She retired to care for her mother, a role she embraced with love and dedication. She enjoyed knitting, crocheting, traveling, and spending time with her family, nieces, nephews, and many cousins.
She was predeceased by her parents, Ray and Yvette (Lavallee) Le Clair; her brother,
Robert Le Clair; and her sister, Shirley G. (Le Clair) Duquette. She is survived by her brother, Roger Le Clair of Zephyrhills, Florida.
