Justin LeFebvre

Justin Paul LeFebvre, 49, passed away on December 11, 2025, in Vermont, surrounded by the love of his family. Born on August 13, 1976, he was raised in Northfield, Vermont. A graduate of Northfield High School, Class of 1994, Justin continued his education at Norwich University, earning his bachelor's degree in business in 2013. His connection to Norwich ran far deeper than academics. After serving his country with honor in the United States Marine Corps for eight years, rising to the rank of Staff Sergeant, Justin returned home and began what would become a remarkable 24-year career at Norwich University. He started in 2001 as the manager of the uniform store, where his steady presence became a fixture for generations of cadets. Over the years, Justin grew into one of the university's most trusted and beloved company mentors, guiding students with patience, strength, and encouragement. His impact on the Norwich community is immeasurable, and his absence will be deeply felt. Outside of work, Justin was a proud father and found joy in the simple, grounding things that made him feel most at home. He was an avid bass fisherman on Lake Champlain, a hunter, and someone who cherished time spent outdoors. Justin is survived by his four children, Bethany (Andy), Jordan, Zander, and Finley LeFebvre; two grandchildren; his mother, Sue LeFebvre; his father, Ralph LeFebvre (Orlene); siblings David, Steven, and Sarah LeFebvre; as well as many more loving family members and close friends who will carry his memory forward with gratitude for the time they shared with him. A private burial service for immediate family will be held at the Vermont Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Randolph, VT. A public celebration of life will take place on January 15 at 7:00 p.m. at the White Chapel at Norwich University, where all who knew Justin are welcome to gather, remember, and honor the life he lived.
