Evan and I were classmates in 1954 at Rutger's Univ College of Pharmacy and maintained our friendship since then. I enjoyed talking medicine and politics and family in our later years. I did enjoy his company. His final illness made me very sad. His passing was tough but he is now out of the agony it caused. Rest in peace Evan and God bless you.
