Evelyn Hampton Obituary
A beautiful baby girl was born in Chicago Illinois as an only child of Earl and Rosie Chambers. She was an exceptional, intellectually gifted and beautiful soul. Formerly married to the late Johnny Hampton, Evelyn had 2 children, Theresa (Steve) and John Tyrone, who preceded her in death. Some of her accomplishments were she retired from working for the federal government 32 years, earned a Master's degree, former Asian model, a musician (bass fiddle), an avid book reader, loved to travel, a Soka Gakkai member, a devoted Star Trek and Klingon fan who loved movies, music and spending time with friends. She was a friend/mother to many who will be deeply missed.
Evelyn leaves behind daughter Theresa (Steve), granddaughter Angelique, great grandson Jonathan and a host of many relatives and friends.
Interment Private.
