Fae Dickson Burgener

Fae Dickson Burgener was born on the 28th of July 1943 in Auburn, WA, USA, and passed away on the 26th of February 2025. She was a vibrant, spirited woman who dedicated her life to service, family, and her community.
Fae graduated from Lovell High School in Lovell, WY. She later received her nursing training at St. Anthony Hospital in Pocatello, ID. Her professional journey was driven by a deep passion for helping others, which led to a career in nursing and later as a drug and alcohol counselor at a ranch for troubled girls. Fae had several hobbies that brought her joy. Whether it was delving into family history, crafting, or cake decorating, she immersed herself fully.
Fae married Mitchel Baird Zeller, together they had 3 children, they later divorced. She married Lawrence Clyde Burgener, who he preceded her in death.
She was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Fae served multiple service missions including Addiction Recovery and Employment Specialist, and during her lifetime she was actively involved in the Relief Society, Young Women's, and Primary. Her dedication to service was recognized by being involved with the Daughters of the Utah Pioneers. Fae was a woman of unwavering faith, resilience, and generosity, whose legacy will continue to inspire all who knew her.
Fae Burgener is survived by 2 of her children: Connie Wolf (John) and Tawnya Zeller; son-in-law Del Cobbley; her siblings: Karen Fenn, Clark Dickson (Gayle), Ruth Karlinsey (John), Joan Wallstedt (Chuck) and Luana Gillespie (Steve), and her 9 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
She is preceded in death by her father, Newell Dickson, and her mother, Beth Archibald Dickson; her siblings: Cheryl Strauss, Kent Dickson, O. David Dickson, Dortha Dickson, Loyd Dickson, and her daughter Linda Cobbley.
A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, March 7, 2025, at 11:00 a.m. at Myers Mortuary, 205 South 100 East,
Brigham City, Utah. A viewing will be held prior to the service from 9:30 – 10:30 a.m. also at the mortuary. Interment will be at the Brigham City Cemetery.
