Fallyn N McCaslin of Sandwich, IL passed away at age 37 on November 14, 2024 at St Anthony Medical Center in Rockford, IL.

Fallyn was born in Winfield, IL at Central Dupage Hospital to Lon McCaslin and Tari Fetty on April 12, 1987. She went to school in Sandwich and graduated from Sandwich High School. She worked at Open Door Workshop for about 6-7 years. She was also a member of the Federated Church in Sandwich. Fallyn enjoyed being with family members and taking any trip that was offered. Many vacations to Florida and numerous cruises were always her highlights yearly. Laughing with many and times spent with her Grandmother and Aunt filled many days at Bingo, and shopping. Her smile, personality, and laughter were infectious and comforted many that she came in contact with. Her lifelong friendship with Andrea Ortega and her friend and aid Tiffany Wright were special in her life.

Fallyn was preceded in death by her grandfather, Walter J Droppa, and uncle, Lance McCaslin

Fallyn is survived by her brothers, Bradley Hoffman, Lon McCaslin, Collin McCaslin; Mother, Tari Droppa Fetty(Richard)Fetty; Father, Lon McCaslin; Grandmother, Margaret Droppa; Grandparents, Louis (Claudette) McCaslin; Aunt/Uncles, Debbie (Bill) Keele, Lorne (Malinda) McCaslin, Lisa McCaslin and many cousins.

Fallyn will live on as she will help many with her organ donation to Gift of Hope and she will be saving or extending their life.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, November 19, 2024 from 4:00 P.M. – 7:00 P.M. at Beverage Family Funeral Home, 104 Terry St. Sandwich, IL 60548. Funeral services will be held next day, Wednesday, November 20, 2024 at 11:00 A.M. at the Funeral Home with Pastor Matt Jones officiating. Burial will follow at Oak Ridge Cemetery in Sandwich, IL. A luncheon will take place at the Federated Church on North Main St in Sandwich following burial. Arrangements were entrusted to Beverage Family Funeral Home. The family of Fallyn McCaslin wishes to thank the staff at Valley West Emergency Room and the Neuro ICU at St Anthony Medical Center in Rockford for their life saving efforts.
