Fay had a passion for shopping and enjoyed good food. She was known for her kindness.
She was preceded in death by her parents and her husband, Bill Edwards. Fay is survived by her stepdaughters, Lisa Marie Matthew of Maryland and Tina Michelle Halle of Delaware; and by her cousins, Mary Ann (Bill) Banwarth of North Carolina and John (Toni) Taylor of Davenport, FL; step grandchildren, Maxmillion Halle, Brody Matthew and Olivia Matthew.
Services will be held in Maryland, and her final resting place will be at Fort Lincoln Cemetery in Cottage City, MD.
