Flo Henderson Obituary
Mrs. Henderson was born and reared in Walker County, Alabama. She worked for J. C. Penny for over 30 years. Mrs. Henderson enjoyed traveling with friends and family. She was a member of Rainbow City First United Methodist Church.
Preceding her in death was her husband, James F. Henderson; mother, Hetha Lee Bates; father, Rufus B. Oliver and cousin, Phillip Reed.
Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Deborah (Chuck) Moore; son, Dennis (Patti) Henderson; sister, Paulette Howell; cousins, Linda Sue Wilson and Donna R. Williams; her beloved pet, Yummy.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Rainbow City First United Methodist Church, 3208 Rainbow Drive, Rainbow City, AL 35906 or Etowah County Humane Society, 4200 Brooke Avenue, Gadsden, AL 35904.
The family extends special thanks to Amedisys Hospice and caregivers, Sherry Cox and Lisa Hester for your exceptional care. Also to neighbors, Stephen and Lisa Frazier and Albert and Louise Davis.
