Floreda Kennedy

Floreda Kennedy, 86, of Bridgeport, Connecticut, born on April 6, 1939, in Mobile, Alabama, to the late Willie Williams Sr. and Ethel Williams (Simpkins), entered into eternal rest on (date).
She was a resident of Bridgeport for over 63 years. She worked as a blade cutter at Sikorsky Aircraft located in Stratford, CT.
Floreda was a longtime member of St. Paul Baptist Church in Bridgeport, she served with a servant's heart and loved singing Hymns. She dedicated herself in many capacities and love helping God's children.
Floreda's favorite pass time was working crossword puzzles and she had a passion for shopping. She loved being around her family and playing Dominoes. Whenever she saw you, she would say "God Bless You and Your family. We pray for Salvation, Deliverance and Restoration for the family". She held her family close to her heart. We love you mommy and we will miss you dearly!!!
She leaves behind to cherish her memories: her children-Son: Joseph Kennedy Jr. of Bridgeport; Daughters: Zemeriah Williams-Kennedy, Andrea Summerville (Kennedy) both of Bridgeport, Elena Kennedy of Hamden and Arvetta Andrade (John) of Raleigh, NC; 10 grandchildren, a host of great grandchildren, relatives and friends. She is predeceased by her parents; her husband, Joseph Kennedy Sr.;her son, Orneal McCaskey of Alabama; and her siblings-Gussie Mae Williams, Annie Mae Williams, Williamae Williams, Willie Williams Jr, and Shirley Mae Williams.
