Visitation will be held on September 17 from 2:00pm-5:00pm at Palmer Funeral Home-Guisinger Chapel, located at 3718 South Michigan St., South Bend, IN. The service will take place on September 18 at 11:00am at Trinity Evangelical Free Church, located at 61770 Miami Road, South Bend, IN.
Fran attended James Whitcomb Riley High School. He was employed at Your Worship Hour.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Trinity Evangelical Free Church or St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, located at 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
