Ursula Feiser Obituary Falling Waters, WV Ursula Feiser, 85, of Falling Waters, WV passed away on Saturday, July 26, 2025, at her home. She was a very kind and compassionate person. She loved her family and loved taking care of them her entire life. She was born on April 15, 1940, in Germany to the late Arthur and Gerda Elisabethe (Wilhelmine) Mller. She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph "Jack" Merle Feiser in 2021. Ursula was a Homemaker. She was a hard worker, holding several jobs while also raising her five children. She was a member of Downsville Christian Church. Ursula had a great love for the Lord. Ursula loved knitting, sewing, crocheting, and gardening. She also loved to travel. She is survived by her son William M. Boarman of Greensboro, NC; daughter Monika A. Starliper of Falling Waters, WV: daughter Doris M. Boarman of Falling Waters, WV; daughter Donna M. Fay of Summerville, GA; brother Reinhold Mller of Victoria, Australia; 3 nephews Reinhardt, Daniel, and Alex; niece Sonja; 10 grandchildren; numerous great grandchildren; several great great grandchildren. Besides her husband, she was predeceased by her daughter Linda McDaniel and sister Edelgard Redert. The family will receive friends at the Osborne Funeral Home, P.A. 425 S. Conococheague St. Williamsport, MD on Thursday, July 31, 2025, from 6:00 8:00 pm. The funeral home will be open after 9:00 am on Thursday for the convenience of family and friends. Graveside services will be held at Cedar Lawn Memorial Park Hagerstown, MD on Friday, August 1, 2025, at 11:00 am with Pastor Todd Lady officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to a veterans organization of your choice or St. Jude’s Childrens Hospital 501 St. Jude’s Place Memphis, TN 38105
