Frances Bigler Obituary
Frances is survived by her son, Tony (husband of Edie) Bigler, two grandchildren, Hunter (husband of Savannah) and Haley (fiancé Kyle) Bigler, great-grandchildren Ivy and Remi, and siblings Gene Norcross, Peggy Young, Steve Norcross, Karen Norcross, Kirk Norcross, Lisa Miller, Scott Norcross, her beloved dog Stanley, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Leon "Skip" Bigler, three brothers: Jeff, Doug and Brian Norcross and niece Amanda.
A graveside service will be held on Saturday, September 14, 2024, at 11:00 AM, at Norland Cemetery.
