Frances A. Carava, 89, died on Friday, October 24, 2025 at Woodland Terrace Senior Living in Bridgman, Michigan.
Frances was born in Chicago Illinois, the daughter of the late Nicholas S. Carava and Grace A. (Canale) Carava.
She is preceded in death by her sister, Angela (Carava) Tucker; brother, Nicholas S. Carava III; and her parents, Nicholas and Grace Carava.
She is survived by her loving niece, Deborah (William) Barr; nephews: Daniel (Carol) Tucker and Eric (Pui) Tucker; great nephews: Ryan Barr, Patrick Barr, Nicholas Tucker, and Scott Tucker; and great niece, Grace Tucker.
Family was everything to Frances and she was the memory keeper of all the wonderful history of her large Italian family. The family would like to extend their appreciation to the wonderful staff at Woodland Terrace in Bridgman. Her final years were spent in a loving environment with wonderful care.
Arrangements are entrusted to Pike Funeral and Cremation Services, The Boyd Chapel, 9191 Red Arrow Hwy. Bridgman. The family will be remembering Frances with a private ceremony and online condolences accepted at www.PikeFH.com.
