Frances Crain Clark,60, of Waverly, NY, passed away on Saturday, July 12, 2025 at Robert Packer Hospital following a brief illness.
She was born April 13, 1965, in Elmira, NY, the daughter of the late Rodney and Marion (Hartman) Crain.
Frances loved her family and enjoyed her faithful companions, her dogs. She also enjoyed gardening, canning, and crafting.
She is predeceased by her husband Doyle Clark, and father Rodney Crain.
Frances is survived by her mother, Marion Crain, sisters, Deborah Kline and Billie Jo Campbell, nieces and nephews, Jessica (George Smith) Campbell, James (Lisa Dungey) Campbell, Allan (Ashley) Stephenson, Rebecca (Anthony Glowacki) Kline, William (Charisma Martin) Kline, and several great nieces, great nephews, and cousins.
Following Frances wishes, there will be no services. They are being cared for by Lowery-Urban Funeral Home and Cremation Services, Inc., Athens, PA.
