Beloved wife and mother, Frances is survived by her loving husband of 54 years, Leon Strickland, her sons: Brian Strickland (Theresa) and William Strickland, and her daughter Daisy Pinner Strickland. She also leaves behind a niece Tonya Ramirez, and a grandson Zakery Wade Strickland.
Visitation will be Saturday, February 26, 2022 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at Oak Ridge Funeral Care in Winter Haven. Funeral services will follow at 3:00 PM.
