She will surely be miss by her husband, children and friends. I knew her well when we were much younger. She was always a joy being with.
Sorrow I could not be with you at your time of grief but know she was in my heart and prayers.

Miss Frances was a very sweet kind Lady. Every time we would meet we would chat and have a few laughs. She always had a Friendly-Hello-Smile for who ever she met. One day I told her, "You remind Of "Lucille Ball". Miss Francis just laughed and smiled at me. Fine Kind Lady Will Be Missed By All.
