Jessie Danos Obituary
Jessie Danos, 59, a native and resident of Raceland, LA, passed away on Thursday, October 9, 2025, surrounded by his family.
He is survived by his wife of 35 years, Shan Ledet Danos; daughters, Ceara Danos and Becca Danos Bourgeois (Cody); grandson, Joseph Fletcher; mother, Doris Bailleaux Danos; siblings, Sidney Danos (JoAnn), Harold Danos (Susan), Diane Melancon (Brady), Patricia Danos, Blaize Danos (Desiree); father-in-law, Chester Ledet, Jr.; mother-in-law, Jenell Ledet; sister-in-law and Godchild, Kayla Ledet; Godchildren, Jason Danos, Kole Danos, Eric Gisclair, Jeremy Ford, Haven Ledet; brother-in-law, Lance Ledet as well as numerous nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his father, Patrick J. Danos, Jr.; sister, Gloria Danos; grandson, Stark Fletcher; maternal grandparents, Blaize and Jean Bailleaux; paternal grandparents, Patrick Sr. and Mae Danos.
Per Jessie’s request, no funeral services will be held.
The family would like to thank Hope Hospice for their care and compassion and his in-laws, Chester Jr. and Jenell for their care over the last 11 weeks.
