Frances Honea Deep, 93, of Cleveland, Tennessee, passed away on Tuesday, June 10, 2025. Frances was born on May 20, 1932, in Elijay, Georgia.
In her spare time, she enjoyed doing crossword puzzles, watching the Atlanta Braves, Jeopardy, and the Wheel of Fortune. Frances also enjoyed watching Sunday service on TV, as well as listening to Gospel Music. Previously, Frances worked at the Medical Center Hospital in Macon, Georgia where she worked in the Neontal Intensive Care Unit. She loved taking care of those precious babies.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Joseph Deep; her children, Denise Honea, Daniel Honea, and Darrell Honea; grandson, Jeremiah Honea; her great grandson, Timothy Ramierez; and her siblings, Yvonne Hall, Baxter Martin, Hugh Martin, and Paul Martin.
She leaves behind to cherish her memory, her son, Glenn Honea; daughters, Donna Shelley, and Dana Cole; her sister, Martha Wheeler; grandchildren, Mariah Posey, Melissa, Holle, Vaden Shelley, Tyler Shelley, Michelle Honea, Matthew Honea, Jesse Honea, Gabrielle Honea, and Lora Jackson; and several great grandchildren; along with a host of extended family and friends.
There are no services planned at this time.
