Frances K. Gay, a cherished and vibrant soul, passed away on October 27, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving behind a legacy of love, laughter, and an indomitable spirit that touched everyone she met. Born on March 31, 1943, Frances's life was a testament to the power of positivity and the importance of family.

Frances was predeceased by her husband, Randall Gay, and her dear parents, James Hurtt and Lucille Hicks. Her family was the cornerstone of her existence, and she was a beacon of strength and love for her siblings, Debra Caudill and James Hurtt II, who survive her, and will forever cherish her memory along with extended family and friends.
