Jack Wheeler Obituary
Jack graduated from the University of Kentucky School of Engineering where he received his degree in Electrical Engineering. Throughout his career in the steel industry, Jack worked at Armco Steel, Kentucky Electric Steel, and Birmingham Steel Corporation. He enjoyed reading, watching UK basketball, and spending time with his family.
He is survived by his son Brent (Stephanie); daughter Karen Wheeler Bibb (Tom); and grandson Brian (Blaise).
Jack will be deeply missed by his family and friends.
A graveside service will be held 12:00 pm Friday November 7, 2025 at the Ashland Cemetery. Chaplain Jimm Smedley will officiate.
Friends and family will gather from 11:30 until service time at the gravesite.
Steen Funeral Home has been entrusted with services.
