Grant, Frances Patricia “Pat”, 76, Cresson, beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt and friend ascended to the gates of heaven on January 17, 2026, at UPMC Altoona. Born on December 2,1949, Cresson, daughter of the late Jerome and Margie (Glass) Criste. The youngest of four children, she is survived by, Kenneth “Casey” Criste, Sylvia (Ward) Sears and Mary (Bryan) Seip. She leaves behind two amazing sons, Gary Alan (Christine) Grant and Eric (Donna) Grant; grandchildren, Andrew (Tiffany), Katelyn, Cassidy, Courtney, Abigail and Morgan; great-grandchildren, Brianna, Melanie and Blake; and her niece, Christine Sears, who was her loving companion and caretaker throughout her last years, actively involved in championing all aspects of Pat’s medical decision making. Also survived by nieces and nephews, Tracy Glass, Patricia (Brian) D’Onofrio, Mark (Thai-Phi) Seip, Blair Seip, Daniel (Denise) Sears and Michael (Jennifer) Sears. She graduated from Bishop Carroll H.S. and, following in her dad’s footsteps, worked as a Lab Technician for Standard Labs for over 40 years. Her love and loyalty to her friends and attention to her faith was fathomless. Above else, Pat was deeply devoted to her family and friends. She’ll be remembered for her willingness to help others and the lasting impact she made on all who were lucky enough to know her. In closing, how do we honor Pat’s life journey? In all things, be kind. Friends and family will be received Thursday, January 22, 2026, from 4-7 p.m., Anderson Family Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Cresson. A funeral Mass will be celebrated Friday, January 23, 2026, at 11 a.m., St. Aloysius Catholic Church, Cresson, Rev. Leo Arnone celebrant. Private burial at St. Aloysius Cemetery, Cresson. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to Garvey Manor, 1037 South Logan Boulevard, Hollidaysburg, PA 16648.
