Lucinda Soisson Obituary
Soisson, Lucinda R., 97, Cresson, went home to be with the Lord, Monday, February 9, 2026 at the Winds of Mattern Orchard, Duncansville. Born July 25, 1928, Loretto, daughter of the late Elwood and Stella (Rudolph) Ivory. Preceded in death by her loving husband, Robert J. Soisson; son-in-law, James Andrews Jr., and 12 brothers and sisters. Survived by her loving children, Gail Andrews, Pittsburgh; Randy Soisson and wife, Roberta; and Robert Soisson; grandchildren, Christopher and Rachel Soisson, all of Cresson; sister, Pauline Parrish; and sisters-in-law, Doris Murray, Judy and Arlene Ivory. Lucinda enjoyed quilting, playing cards, reading, and watching the Pittsburgh Pirates. Friends and family will be received Monday, February 16, 2026 from 4-7 p.m., Anderson Family Funeral Home & Cremation Services, Cresson. A funeral Mass will be celebrated Tuesday, February 17, 2026 at 10 a.m., St. Aloysius Catholic Church, Cresson, Fr. Leo Arnone celebrant. Entombment St. Francis Xavier Catholic Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to All Saints Catholic School, 220 Powell Ave., Cresson PA 16630. Arrangements have been entrusted to Anderson Family Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 233 Keystone Ave., Cresson, "Honored Provider of Veterans Funeral Care."
