Frances Rutherford Obituary
"The day is dawn, the night fall, but you will be in our hearts forever more."
Frances was born on July 19, 1941, in Penkridge Staffs, England to the late Reginald and Phyllis Slack. She worked as a reservationist for RAFB at the Pine Oaks Lodge for many years before retiring. After she retired, she served as a volunteer at the Houston Medical Center gift shop. In her spare time, Frances enjoyed ceramics, her cat "Archie", gardening, and most of all, her grandchildren. She will be dearly missed by all who knew her.
Left to cherish her memory is her son: Steven Rutherford (Amy Olsen) of Portland, OR; daughter: Helen Hunt (Greg Person) of Bonaire, GA; grandchildren: Chelsie Morris (Josh), Ashley Williams (Dustin), and Corbin Person (Anna); and her "great-grandchildren": Lillian Morris, Sarah Morris, Wyatt Williams, Westlyn Williams, and Margo Person.
In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to the Heart of GA Hospice.
Interment will be at St. Michaels Church, Penkridge, England
With honor, Burpee-Scott Memorial Chapel & Crematory has been entrusted with arrangements.
