Frances Schooley Obituary
Frances M. Schooley, 89, of Woonsocket, passed away December 22, 2024, at The Friendly Home. Born in Bellingham, she was raised by her Mother, the late Harriet (Wales) Walker and her Uncle, the late Arthur Wales.
Frances was a graduate of Bellingham High School, who worked as a bank teller for Citizen's Bank, and previously Plantations Bank and Old Stone Bank. She was a treasurer at the First Universalist Church for many years. Frances volunteered her time at the American-French Genealogical Society, but loved nothing more than her family, especially spending time with her grandchildren. She will profoundly miss her daily phone calls with her childhood best friend Claire Martin.
She is survived by her sons, Mark Schooley and his wife Jacqueline, of North Smithfield, Steven Schooley and his wife Lisa, of North Attleboro, MA; her grandchildren, Corey Chabot, and Jack and Katie Schooley.
Private funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Holt Funeral Home, 510 South Main Street, Woonsocket, RI 02895.
