Frances See, age 81, of Chillicothe, passed away on Tuesday, October 3, 2023 at The Arc in Chillicothe.
Frankie was born on October 8, 1941 in Dallas City, IL to Merrill and Ina (Lind) Tutwiler. She married Jerry See on November 27, 1959.
Surviving are her husband of 63 years, Jerry; her two children, Julie (Norman) Whitby of Chillicothe and Todd (Karen) See of Bloomington; her grandchildren, Kristen (Mark) Holub, Jacob (Kirsten) Whitby and Victoria See; and three great-grandchildren, Nora and Benjamin Holub and Zaedyn Whitby. She was preceded in death by her parents and her two brothers.
Frankie was the office manager for Jerry’s State Farm Insurance Agency until they both retired in January of 2000. She loved to host family gatherings and cooking for everyone. Her greatest joy was spending time with her family, whom she loved dearly.
Cremation rites will be accorded and a graveside service will be held on Saturday, October 14, 2023 at 2pm at Chillicothe City Cemetery. Chaplain Scot Shelburne will officiate. Memorials in her name may be made to St. Jude Children’s Hospital. Arrangements are under the care of Weber-Hurd Funeral Home in Chillicothe.
