May God's loving kindness and comfort help you and your family through this very difficult time. Mathew 5:4

Fran was much loved by every member of the Hartley family. She is the reason our parents never left Fiddlers Green. I have great memories of her being a very kind, wise, funny and caring person. She definitely had an impact on our entire family and of course Liz being her neighbor these last 13 years was a great joy to her. She truly was like a member of the family. Whether she wanted to be or not! Rest in Peace Fran. Love, Ann and all of the Hartleys.
