She was the daughter of the late Lawrence V. & Margaret (Miller) Leonard. Though her birth father passed away when she was only 5, years old, it was her late step father Victor E. Mower who truly shaped Jackie's life. He provided her with a safe, & loving home, guidance, & always supported her whenever she needed it, he was truly the father she loved, & looked up to. Jackie was 1951 graduate from Delone Catholic High School & worked at Sylvania Shoe until she retired.
Jackie was pre- deceased by two sons Lawrence & Philip Topper. She is survived by her loving & heartbroken daughter Loretta (Topper) Bachman & her husband Carl, two grandchildren Christopher Bachman & Courtney Cutshaw. & one great granddaughter Quinn Cutshaw.
A Mass of Christian Burial to celebrate Jackie's life will be held at St. Vincent de Paul's Church, 220 Third Street Hanover PA 17331, on November 5th, 2025 at 10:00AM.
Because Jackie was the number one fan of her high school. She asked to have donations in her memory made to Delone Catholic High School or to Saint Vincent de Paul's where she was a devoted & life long member.
