Kenneth W. "Jake" Johnson

Kenneth W. "Jake" Johnson, age 59, of Hanover, passed away on October 17, 2025. He was the loving husband of Christine A. (Brady) Johnson; together they shared 25 years of marriage.
Jake was born in Hanover, PA on January 2, 1966 and was the son of Carolyn L. (Miller) Johnson and the late Kenneth Johnson. He graduated from New Oxford Senior High School Class of 1983 and owned and operated The Crash Clinic in Hanover since 2001. In the past, Jake enjoyed hunting and golfing as well. He was also an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan.
In addition to his loving wife and mother, Jake is survived by his brother Troy Johnson and wife Tiffany; his boxer TJ; and numerous nieces and nephews. Jake was preceded in death by his past fury friends Simon and Izzie.
A Funeral Service in celebration of Jake's life will be held on Tuesday, October 28, 2025 at 11:00AM at Murphy-Beck Funeral Home & Cremation Service, Inc., 501 Ridge Ave., McSherrystown, PA 17344 with Pastor Gerry Stolzfoos officiating. He will be laid to rest following the service at Rest Haven Cemetery in Hanover. Viewings will be held on Monday, October 27, 2025 from 5:00PM – 7:00PM and on Tuesday from 10:00AM – 11:00AM both at the funeral home.
