Joanne Lawyer Obituary

Joanne was born in Mount Joy, PA on August 28, 1936 and was the daughter of the late Peter and Gertrude (Cremer) Gouker. She enjoyed working on puzzles, crocheting, word searches, kitty cats, and was a fan of the Three Stooges. Joanne was also a parishioner of St. Joseph Catholic Church in Hanover and cherished the time she spent with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Joanne is survived by her daughter Anna Mummert; her grandchildren Susanne and Christopher; and her great-grandson Chase. She was preceded in death by her son David Lawyer; and her siblings Rita Jane Hockensmith, Rosalia Louise Storm, Dolores T. Warner, Leon J. Gouker, and Robert L. Gouker.
Funeral services will be private. Private burial will be held in Rest Haven Cemetery in Hanover.
Memorial contributions in Joanne's memory may be made to St. Joseph Catholic Church, 5055 Grandview Rd., Hanover, PA 17331.
