Her husband , Greely O. Torbett; daughter, Judith Diane Cannady and an infant son, Randall Foster preceded her in death.
Frances was survived by her children, Polly Miller, Sara "Jeannie" Waller, Greely (Vickie) Torbett, Jr. and Randy Lee (Debi) Torbett; her grandchildren, Eric, Angela, Richard, Melvin Jr., Christopher, Chris, Shannon, Kelly, Jonathon, Sheri, Andy, Marie and Brian; along with several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation is 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, February 19, 2026 . Services will be 12:00 p.m. Friday, February 20, 2026 at Williamson & Sons Funeral Home with Pastor Terry Bolton officiating. Burial will follow in Shelton Cemetery.
