Francesco C. LoBuono was tragically taken from his family and friends at 5:35 PM on Tuesday January 3, 2023, at the age of 52, following a horrific accident.
He was born in Lynn, Massachusetts on June 4th, 1970, to Frank LoBuono and lived in Little River, South Carolina for the past 2 years.
Franco LoBuono was Deployed to Iraq in 2009 and was injured in 2010 and passed away a 100% Disabled Veteran. Franco served as an 88M, Franco personally uploaded and hauled over 177 tons of Containerized Cargo, 109,000 gallons of fuel, over various vehicles, and supplies along MSRs and ASRs. Franco oversaw and ensured the foreign nationals were escorted to and from locations and provided security. Franco covered over 6,500 incidents miles driving in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom. Franco was responsible for essential equipment, in the 11 months he had zero property loss and Franco's personnel completed their Tour Of Duty. Franco touched many hearts whether it was serving for his country, volunteering for various originations, including but not limited to, War Vets MC. He never had the chance to meet the foreign exchange student Sophia that he was looking forward to welcoming to his family.
He will greatly be missed by his surviving family, Soulmate Jennifer LoBuono; children Marissa, Frankie Jr, Matteo and Natalia LoBuono; siblings Terri, Vinnie, Kenny and Virginia LoBuono; father Frank LoBuono.
