Francine Annette Jacob

Francine Annette Jacob was born to Eddie and Debbie Joubert Jacob in Lake Chares, Louisiana, on April 20, 1985. She departed this life on July 31, 2023.
Francine was baptized at an early age at Mt. Pilgrim Baptist Church in Lake Charles, Louisiana, under the direction of the late Reverend Harvey Lawson. She graduated from Clear Creek High School in 2004 and attended Alvin Community College. She worked as a receptionist for PSSI Companies, Inc. for five years and as a medical assistant for the past five years.
Francine was a very friendly, outgoing person, and never met a stranger. She was always happy and had a beautiful smile. Francine enjoyed being with her family on holidays and at family gatherings. She loved her niece and nephew!
Left to cherish her memories are her mother and father, Debbie and Eddie; twin sister, Felicia Randall and her husband, Brandon; sister, Haley Sincere and her husband, Richard; niece, Chelsea Lynn Randall; nephew, Richard Sincere III and his wife, Trace, and a host of relatives and friends.
Francine was proceeded in death by her grandparents, Gustavia Joubert, Eldrige & Mabris Joubert, and Eula and Gurvis Jacob.
Serving as Active Pallbearers are Benjamin Jacob, Courtney Jacob, Gurvis Jacob, Eric Jones, Jr., Brandon Randall, Jimmy Jacobs, Mark Roberts, and Cody Jacob. Honorary Pallbearers are Gregory Gauthier, Elray Dixon, Hayward Dixon, Dion Jacob, and Lannis Dixon, Jr.
The family would like to express sincere appreciation to the Greater St. Matthews Church family, Springhill Suites in Texas City, the Matthieu Family, and employees of PSSI Private Car Services for their support and participation.
A Celebration of Life Gathering will follow the Committal Service at Springhill Suites, 13202 Outlets Blvd. Texas City, Texas 77591.
