Preceded in death by her parents, Pershing and Clara Arthur and brother, Arnold Arthur.
She is survived by a brother, David (Karen) Arthur; sister, Carol McCollum; eight nieces and nephews, Susan Brown, Cheryl Cook, Laurie (Rick) Deem, David Arthur Jr, Sarah McCollum, Danny McCollum, Lisa Winebarger, and Audra McCollum; and several great-nieces and nephews.
There will be a gathering for all family and friends at the Paquelet-Falk Funeral Home in Louisville on Friday, May 5, 2023 4:00m with a memorial service officiated by Pastor Jamie Roten beginning at 4:45pm. To plant a beautiful memorial tree in memory of Francis, please visit our Tree Store.
