Arthur E. Alborn, went home to be with our Lord on Sunday, October 22, 2023. Art graduated from Lincoln High School in 1955. He Served in the Navy 1955-1958. He did ceramic tile, floors and carpentry, which he learned in the Navy as a Seabee 3rd Class. Until he was hired in 1962 at Timken Steel, working his way up to Supervisor on #3 Steel Mill; retiring in 1992.
He is survived by his wife, Marge of 64 years; children, Douglas (Annie), Lori (Bob) Kellman, both of Louisville and Tom (Robin) of Cape Coral, FL; grandchildren, Jenni Johnson, Canton, Kimberly (Alex) Sutara, Canton, Ryan Alborn, Middlebranch, and Pamela Kellman, Cuyahoga Falls; 10 great- grandchildren; sister, Kathryn Strang, of Cape Coral, FL; sister-in-law, Joyce (John) Schumacher, of Louisville; and numerous nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
Preceded in death by his parents, Arthur L. and Mabel E. Alborn and father and mother-in-law Thomas J. and Anna M. Radalia.
Per Arts wish, he is being cremated and his family will have a Private Graveside Service. Donations may be made to American Heart Association or American Cancer Society To plant a beautiful memorial tree in memory of Arthur, please visit our Tree Store.
