Francis "Fran" Frank, 89, of Andover, Massachusetts, passed away peacefully on August 16, 2025. Born in Lawrence on March 14, 1936, Fran made his home in Andover since 1970. A lifelong advocate of education, he was a proud graduate of Lawrence High School, Lawrence Academy, and Columbia University. Fran enjoyed a distinguished career as Vice President of Keane Inc., where he helped lead the company from a small start-up of seven employees to a groundbreaking industry leader with more than 7,000 employees worldwide. Known for his generosity, kindness, and devotion to his family and friends, Fran was a gifted storyteller with a warm sense of humor and a rare ability to bring people together. He met the love of his life, Helene, at age 14 in Lawrence, and together they shared 67 years of marriage. Their life together included time in New York City and Germany, world travels, and a home filled with love and joy. A devoted neighbor, cherished friend, and beloved husband, father, grandfather, and great-grandfather, Fran will be remembered for his mentorship, friendly demeanor, and the many simple, joyful moments he shared with those around him. He is survived by his wife, Helene; his children, Tony, Ann-Marie (David), Michael (Dorothea), and Barbara; his grandchildren, Courtney (Jonathan) and Scott; and his great-grandchildren, Pierce and Everett. He is also survived by extended family, nieces, nephews, and his dear friend Ian Dalton. Services will be private for immediate family, with a celebration of life to follow at a later date.
