He is survived by children David Irwin of Pennsylvania, Eleanor (Bruce) Jahr of Chesterton, Beth Holt of Hammond, IN, and brother Jim Irwin. Frank is also survived by niece Angela Sitzenstock, grandchildren Elizabeth, Becca, Chad, Chelsea, Sarah, Samantha, Xander, Brandon, and Frankie and Billy Smith, along with his eleven great-grandchildren and grandpup, Sonny.
He will be reunited with parents George and Bertha (Prophet) Irwin, wife Brenda (Higdon) Irwin, and siblings Joy Sitzenstock, George Irwin, Bob Irwin, and daughter Leatha Smith.
Memorial contributions can be sent to Legion Post 502 at 429 W 750 N in Valparaiso, IN 46385. A private memorial service will be held by the family at a later date. To plant a beautiful memorial tree in memory of Frank, please visit our Tree Store.
