Frank M. Matick

1932 - 2024

Frank M. Matick, 91, of North Huntingdon, passed away Monday, July 29, 2024, at his daughter's home in Aliquippa. He was born Oct. 15, 1932, in Wilmerding, PA, a son of the late Michael and Barbara Gruback Matick. Frank was a member of St. Agnes Parish. He was employed by U.S. Steel Research as an electrician. He enjoyed woodworking, fishing, going to Eat N Park, gardening, trips to Tennessee, and visiting his family, and was an animal lover. He is survived by his son, Gary Matick; two daughters, Diane Maddox and her husband, Allen, and Marianne Matick; and four grandchildren, Kaitlynn (Jeremy Dolence), Zachery, Madeline and Joshua Salek; and brother, Richard Matick (Doris). Friends will be received at the JAMES W. SHIRLEY FUNERAL HOME, 176 Clay Pike, North Huntingdon, PA, on Thursday from 6 to 8 p.m. Interment will be private at Penn Lincoln Memorial Park.
