Frankie Lee Pugliese, age 73, passed away May 19, 2025, surrounded by his children. Frank was born on September 3, 1951, to Frank and Betty (Tamietti) Pugliese, the oldest of four children.
Frank grew up in Helper, Utah and was a long-time resident of Carbon County. He and his brother Gene opened Vulcon Inc, operating it successfully until Gene's death. Frank continued a career in the mining industry until he retired. Frank was commander of the Carbon County Search and Rescue for 19 years where he was an active member for 25 years. Frank enjoyed the outdoors, making memories fishing, hunting, boating, camping and trap shooting with his many good friends.

He is also survived by his former second wife, Lori Spencer and their daughter Lacey (Justin) Jones; his sisters, Amy (John) Carlson, Michelle Lea; and loving cousin, Paul (Cathy) Pugliese. He leaves behind eight treasured grandchildren, Lizabeth, Izabelle, Olivia, Makayla, Jeffrey, Annie, Rocco, and Finn.
